Four new members join Community Housing Cymru’s commercial partnership offering

Community Housing Cymru has announced four leading Welsh organisations as its new commercial partners for 2024/25.

These new commercial partners will play a crucial role in supporting the Welsh social housing sector, and join CHC’s existing seven partners: Centrus, Travis Perkins, Broadleaf Professional, CHIC, Hugh James, Gallagher and Utility Aid.

The first new partner, Lovell Partnerships, brings expertise in housing-led regeneration, new-build, affordable housing, refurbishment, strategic land and more.

The second, west Wales-based multi-disciplinary architectural practice RLH Architectural, has over 15 years’ experience working with housing associations.

Joining these organisations is independent financial services consultancy Quantum Advisory, which specialises in pension and employee benefit services.

And finally, Barcud Shared Services, which was established by a consortium of Welsh housing organisations, is adding its internal audit and risk and assurance experience to CHC’s commercial partnerships.

Stuart Ropke, Community Housing Cymru’s chief executive said:

“We are delighted to welcome these exceptional organisations as our new commercial partners.

“Their dedication and expertise will undoubtedly contribute to the success of our members and the Welsh housing sector as a whole.

“We look forward to the positive impact that our new partnerships will bring as we continue to strive towards our mission of making a beneficial impact in communities across Wales.”

Since its inception, Community Housing Cymru has been dedicated to providing valuable resources and support to its housing association members by connecting them with sector-leading commercial partners. These partnerships have allowed Community Housing Cymru to enhance its commercial offerings and provide additional insights to its members across Wales.
