All Lounges across the UK – including Lounges in Wales – will be closed on Monday 8th June 2026 as teams come together for LoungeFest, Loungers’ legendary annual staff celebration and the biggest bash in hospitality. Teams from Cosy Club and Brightside – part of the Loungers family – will also be joining the fun.
First held in 2013, LoungeFest has become one of the most talked‑about staff parties in the industry. It’s Loungers’ way of saying thank you to all team members across the country for their year‑round hard work, energy and dedication.
Staff enjoying last year’s event:
Guy Youll, Loungers’ Chief People Officer, says: “When we launched LoungeFest back in 2013, we wanted to create a staff party unlike anything else in hospitality — and it’s only got bigger and better every year.
“Our teams give so much of themselves to create brilliant hospitality, so this is our chance to give something unforgettable back. This year’s event is set to be our best yet.”
This year’s event takes place at Ragley Hall in Warwickshire and embraces an ‘At the Seaside’ theme. Team members will enjoy fairground rides, DJ sets, live music across multiple stages – including performances from Loungers’ own staff – plus games, activities such as the Loungers Got Talent show and Rockaoke, and a huge array of food and drink stalls. Everything is completely free for the teams.
All Lounges will reopen on Tuesday 9th June 2026.
Lounges in Wales include: Clio Lounge, Athro Lounge, Corvo Lounge, Ormo Lounge, Ocho Lounge, Gatto Lounge, Consurio Lounge, Torello Lounge, Zinco Lounge, Hudo Lounge, Carro Lounge, Drago Lounge, Fino Lounge, Cadno Lounge, Croeso Lounge, Juno Lounge, Cofio Lounge and Waldo Lounge
